I’m sure since WP 3.8 and NextGEN 1.9.13 everything worked very well. I didn’t pay attention when the problem started, I received a notification from a visitor who wrote me “there’s something broken because I can’t see albums thumbs”. I haven’t installed new plugins in the latest weeks.
I tried to switch with default theme, no results. I tried also to make a new .htaccess and to set different permalinks.
Yes, the website is inside a custom folder but it was there since the beginning and it worked fine.
