No admin Mail on new User subscription

There should be, as I receive a free and paid admin email for a new logged in user with Paid Memberships Pro 2.11.2, and WordPress 6.2.2. Is that not happening for you? If it isn’t, can you please tell me what PMPro and WordPress versions you’re using?

Hi, also 2.11.2 and 6.2.2. I am WP Pro but no PHP specialist.

I also suggest in installing a email logging plugin and see if the emails are actually being sent.

Another area to look into would be your Email Template settings inside Paid Memberships Pro as there are options to disable specific emails from going out.
