no admin access after changing url

Please Please help, I tried to change my site URL to https from http and it has turned out to be a disaster, none of the links on the site worked afterwards, the site stles seem to have disappeared for the only page that is working (the index) and I can not now log in to my admin to change it back, help please smallvanandman.co.uk
