• I recently installed WooCommerce and while it is working correctly for the most part, it doesn’t appear to send either the billing or shipping address to Paypal. The option to use the shipping address instead of the billing address is unchecked. The order shows up correctly in Paypal but with no address. Is there a fix for this?

If not, is there a way to download order information from WooCommerce into a spreadsheet for upload to MailChimp?

    Thanks,
    Larry

Any way I can get some help with this? Has anyone seen this problem before?

    Thanks,

I’m still having this problem. I’ve tried toggling lots of settings. Anyone have any insight or experience with this. I’ll have to abandon WooCommerce if I can’t fix it. Thanks!

I had this same issue. The problem is that Paypal can only accept one address so you have to choose if you want the billing or shipping address sent to paypal. By default it will send the billing address. To change it go into Woocommerce “Settings>Payment Gateways>Paypal>Sroll down to “Shipping details” and you will see the setting to change.

Your email order notification will send you both shipping and billing addresses. Hope that helps.

The problem I see is that when PayPal processes an order with a credit card, it requires the billing address for the card. Then it replaces the transmitted shipping address with this newly verified billing address every time. That’s even with the settings mentioned by Chris above.
