    I activated the older version of Woocommerce. Then it all went blank. I can’t sign into WordPress or see the site at all.

    Through FTP rename your woocommerce plugin folder to something like “woocommerce-broken” – that should force WordPress to disable it.

    How do I get to FTP?

    Look at your control panel that your hosting providers have given for you to manage the website in general – this is different to your dashboard.

    You need to ask your hosting providers as to where your files/ folders are so that you can rename one.

    On hold with Bluehost again.

    This is becoming quite the chore!

    Maintaining a website can be a full-time job.

    No kidding there! No time left for the chickens ??

    Okay, restored. Now to find out what’s going on with Woocommerce.

    So, if I delete it entirely, will everything be deleted so I can start from scratch and see if the problem is still there?

    @berry,
    Looking at the current version of the website, while you don’t get any fatal js errors, you still have a js issue of some kind, as the add to cart doesn’t show on the variables (as before). There are cookie warnings in the console, and this may be a cookie issue. try this out:

    varktech, one of the links on that page is broken, but I’ll talk to Bluehost about updating the MOD_SECURITY core ruleset (sorry, but that’s not even Greek to me since I can understand some Greek)…..

    Where do I find this?

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.js

    Try latin instead “Gallia est divisa in tres partes…”

    look at your site via ftp, that’s what the directions are talking about…

    Still Chinese to me (that Latin is close enough to French for me to make out ??

    Bluehost is trying to figure out if they can update the right files.

    Are you using Firebug to see the errors?

    When I pull up the page and select a variation, Firebug returns no errors.

    Bluehost says it’s NOT a mod security issue.

    In Chrome, Bluehost is seeing the same code I’m seeing, but they don’t see the price & Add to Cart buttons.

    WHY??

    Thread Starter berrytanglefarm

    (@berrytanglefarm)

    https://www.berrytanglefarm.com/product/hatching-eggs/

    Select “Jubilee English Orpington”

    Code is:

    <div class=”single_variation_wrap” style>
    <div class=”single_variation”>
    <span class=”price”>
    <span class=”amount”>$15.00</span>
    </span>
    <p class=”stock out of stock”>…</p>

    …and it goes on.

    Anyone else see that??
