I cannot get this plugin to work, but do not know what I am doing wrong. I am using Woocommerce 3.1.1 and Woocommerce Stripe gateway 3.2.2, and Philanthropy theme from ThemeForest, which is Woocommerce compatible. I created 4 products, of type Donation, for $25, $50, $100, $200. Then I created a Woocommerce products page with the code [product_category category=”Online-Donation”]. This displays correctly as you can see here: https://www.iaqaaustralia.org.au/donate/
But each of the buttons labelled “Donate” simply goes to the detailed product page which looks like this: https://www.iaqaaustralia.org.au/product/200/
There is no “add to cart” button and other donation amounts are displayed at the bottom.
How do I get access to the checkout for payment? Thanks.

  • Hi there,
The “Donate” button in the product list takes the user to the product detail page, which gives them the opportunity to change the amount of the donation prior to adding it to their cart. The “Donate” button on the product detail page should add the donation to the user’s cart. However, on your site the product detail page’s “Donate” button does not appear to be clickable because it is covered by the “Related products” section; perhaps this is an issue with your theme or CSS? I assume the related products should be shown below the product details.
