No "Add Plugin" option and messed up user count

  • I had installed WP Network but never had the network management options, and after talking to my host, decided to uninstall it. I reverted back all changes, but I still have no “Add Plugin” option, and I see if I go to my Users screen, it shows just me (the only user to my blog) but the count says 12.

    I’m more concerned about not being able to add plugins from my admin panel – any ideas?
