No ‘Add New Plugin’ option

    Using Twenty Seventeen theme already which is fine. Just staring another website with this theme but there is no ability to add new plugins anywhere on the plugin page.

    Have I missed selecting something for it to appear or just plain daft?

  • Have you missed the obvious. Are you logging in with a user account that has permissions to add new plugins. Sometimes I can’t see the wood for the trees.

    Ha, you’ll laugh at this.

    Apparently, I started the website using the ‘Enable Multisite (WPMU)’ option which put me into ‘MultiSite’. Ugh.
