No "Add New" link/button

    The obvious questions (after moar coffee of course): have you deactivated all other plugins? Switched to a default theme? Re-uploaded plugin files in case one got lost/corrupted en route ?

    This one’s all on me…I had

    .add-new-h2 {
    display: none;
    }

    in another plugin. I now have all the shame.
