No Add Booking Form Button

I have installed ‘Bookly” and all main information inserted following the instructiion.
But it says for Adding Booking Form, on page editing mode,
‘By pressing the Add Booking Form button above the text field…’ but I can not find the button.https://www.wagoo.com.au/img/screen.png
