no ad code with Post IDs

you did not enable any page type. You need to enable insertion on Posts:

And you need to whitelist those post IDs – you blacklisted them:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/black-and-white-lists

I thought I can enable ads only on certain posts, can I not do that? I don’t want ads showing on every new post by default.

Indeed I didn’t know I can click the x to whitelist, the plugin is very complex.
