no active users and chat does not pop up for visitors

Hi, I have been using Iflychat for a while and have been happy with the plugin.
However, it has been a while that there is no active user in the chat, and when people visit my website, the chat doesnot pop up. Can you please help me?

I read about this thing of it not working after 30 people used it, I might have reach the same limit,but I tried to desactivate and reactivate the plugin but that did not solve the issue.
