No Active Chats available

  • Plugin Version 9.0.24
    WP Version 5.5.1–de_DE

    When sending a chat request from the websites frontend I receive the browser notification and the notification e-mail but I can’t see the chat in the “Active Chats” window.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @danyelandre ,
    Please provide us the following information , in order to investigate your issue.
    1. What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
    2. Which is the WordPress Role (administrator, editor, subscriber etc) of your agent user?
    3. What browser do you use to access your WordPress administrator panel?

    Safari with OS X
