    Hi, @adah0987!

I follow this doc but when come to To remove the app from Facebook and system users, i not see any active business integration.

To be clear, are you not seeing “WooCommerce Integration” in your business manager’s “Active” tab as shown here?

If so, then the integration may not have been completely connected to your account, so you can skip the step in the guide.

Of course, if you have multiple Facebook business managers, you may also want to check those too in case you used one of them to connect to the Facebook integration instead.

But fb team said i not remove completed from business manager. Below from fb

I was able to get some feedback from our team and it looks like your Commerce Account is still onboarded to WooCommerce. To move forward with all you have to do is deactivate the shop via the WooCommerce Platform, once you have performed this the right way the shop will be deactivated.

You will also need to uninstall the plugin and remove the FB app, please see the link to the help center from WooCommerce which explains this in detail: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/

Once done the shop should be deactivated. Should you get any errors from this, it would also be best to contact the WooCommerce support team as they are the experts when it comes to their platform.

    Hey there @adah0987,

Have you checked for Other Facebook business managers on your Facebook business?
It’s possible that someone else has this access and you need to get this through them.

If you are the sole owner and manage the account by yourselves, then you can skip the step and continue the guide https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/

Hope that helps. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Hi @adah0987 ,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. The screenshot does indicate that your Facebook account isn’t connected to the WooCommerce Integration.

I see you previously mentioned this message from Facebook:

I was able to get some feedback from our team and it looks like your Commerce Account is still onboarded to WooCommerce.

I’d recommend checking with Facebook and confirming which account they are referring to. Possibly, one of your other accounts might have been connected to Facebook, or the Facebook support might have checked outdated data.

    Hi @adah0987

I just tried removing one of my test WooCommerce integrations to check what should happen here.

In my case, the integration itself now shows under the removed tab.

    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/FV3kan

Could you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing under that tab please?

In my test it did also remove the WooCommerce Integration System User automatically.

Before removing that directly, I would recommend following the previous steps – checking with Facebook and confirming which account they are referring to. Possibly, one of your other accounts might have been connected to Facebook, or the Facebook support might have checked outdated data.

If you can let us know what they say and provide a screenshot of your Removed tab please, that would be great.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
