No Acknowledge After Transfer Slip Uploaded

I use the direct bank transfer for the payment method. But when I upload a transfer slip, there is no acknowledge.

First, when I try to test by uploading a small JPEG file (50.8 KB), the acknowledge can appear.

However, when I use the real transfer slip picture (508 KB), nothing response.

My server allows for its maximum image size: 300 MB.

Please suggest for solving the problem. The customer should know whether the upload process can complete or not.
