No Accordion Effect

Hi,

My Nextend sidebar menu is being displayed as one long list with no submenu structure and no accordion effect. I checked the console for javascript errors and there are none listed. The style class on every dd and dd tag is level1 notparent.

The pages are a custom post type that uses hierarchical menu structure with parent and child pages and has page-attribute support. There are about 100 menu items with 4 levels.

I have tried changing several settings and read several posts here, but, nothing changes.

Can you tell what is going on?
