No access to settings, logs & skip freeminus not working

    I am a long time user of this really useful plugin, have it on my standard install list and have recommended it to others, regretfully, I have just had to disable and delete it from all my websites for the following reasons.

    1. I have no issues with you asking users if they want to opt into freeminus tracking, it’s a choice, not a ‘must do’ however the skip button for freeminus does not work. I click and nothing happens.

    2. When I try to go to settings I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.

    3. I cannot access my logs I get the free minus accept or skip box, which as I previously stated does not work.

    These bugs now make the plugin useless, I cannot adjust the settings and if I cannot access the logs to see where my 404 errors are being generated how can I fix them.

    I used the WP health check which disables all my plugins and sets the theme to 2019, when I activate this plugin on its own I get the same problems so it’s not a plugin conflict or theme glitch.

    I shall keep checking back and when you have sorted the bugs I shall be happy to start using this plugin again

    Hey @mekatrig,

    Really sorry about that. I have just pushed an update which will disable the opt-in temporarily until we find out what’s happening there. The plugin should work without any issues anyway.

    I’ve tried it and all is back to working OK and I’ve reinstalled it. Looking forward to seeing what the issue was.
