No Access to Salesforce API – 2005 in web2Lead

    hello,
    we have this problem with the addon, we use web2lead and it disconnect each 3 to 4 days with the error No Access to Salesforce API – 2005 and the auth form is empty ! no organisation ID , no debugging emails nothing
    samething happen if we use API
    so i have to manually reinsert the Organisation ID each 3 days to insure the entries are sent to salesforce.
    any help please ?
