• We have been using GF/CRM Perks for the past year on our main website without any issues. We had our production and sandbox environments connected.

We recently launched a new website that we would like to connect to our same SF environment. This would make a total of 3 connections which should be no issue after reading the previous posts. Unfortunately, it is giving us the error every time. Are there additional steps required to make multiple wordpress sites connect to SF?

So far we have tried different log ins, and creating a custom app (following these steps https://i.imgur.com/P4SbCJD.png). Both failed. Our original site continues to work without issues but the new site will not connect.

    Hey @commentsold,

If you are using the premium plugin, the license may only be for one or two sites?

Either way, please contact us at crmperks.com and we will help,

    Thank You – Sam

Hey Sam, we have the 5-site package so we shouldn’t be running into any issues there. I’ve been going back and forth with support, just not making any progress. So far, we keep getting told it shouldn’t be an issue, but still keep getting the error.

    Would love any help possible.

    Hey @commentsold,

Did you log in to our site to make sure that their are no other sites linked?

If their are other sites linked, you can delete those.

Have a look and let me know any questions,

    Thank You – Sam

Hey Sam, 3 sites are listed in the licenses tab (one of which is the site that is not working). Should I be looking somewhere else?

    Hey @commentsold,

I will have to check in with my support team,

Just to confirm, you are using the Pro version on all the sites?

    Thank You – Sam

    Hi Sam,

Confirmed, both sites have “WP Gravity Forms Salesforce Pro” plugin installed. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated as we have not been able to move forward with our launch.

Thanks! Just sent over an email. Sam@ bounced back, but tried Samer@ and that seemed to work. Let me know if I need to use a different one.
