No Access to Professional Features including bbPress Forum Ratings

I have professional, I don’t have the bbPress forum ratings. I get asked to upgrade. My domain is pearson424.org.

I paid several weeks ago, and I need the new version.

Please advise.

Hi @ewanoleary, did you try to contact our support? You can do it from within the admin dashboard, just go to RatingWidget -> Contact Us.
