No access to PG settings

  • Hi,

    For the last week or so, I don’t have access to any Post Grid settings within the WordPress dashboard.
    Post Grid menu is there on the left, with the sub-menu (New Post Grid / Layout Editor / Settings / Help), however, whenever I click on existing post-grids or on the general settings, the option section is blank.
    I checked and everything seems to be up-to-date, so i’m not sure what to do…

    Thanks for your post,

    Please check what you have changed recently on your site, i have tried the free version, all menu is working fine, Can you please deactivate others plugin one by one to check the issue.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
    So I tried deactivating one by one the other WordPress plugins and it did the trick!
    The issue seems to be with “Embed Any Document” plugin. Whenever it’s active, there is an issue in the wordpress dashboard, and your settings (Post Grid ones) disappear!

    I’ll try to find another plugin to display my documents ?? !
