    Hi,

    I don’t know if this problem started when I updated something or not…
    But from one moment to another I couldn’t access the options from Nextgen (message i have: “Access Denied”). And I am loged in as admin. The only thing I can do is add/edit images and albums.
    I tried to deactivate/uninstall all my plugins and only installing nextgen… same problem.
    I’m using AAM as plugin for specific roles. But even there.. no sign of the options for Nextgen.

    Is there anything else I can try?

    I’m working (for the moment) on a localhost on my PC. So I can’t give you a login to check.

    Oh… and i have other site with AAM installed and nextgen and it works perfectly. It is only on 1 website.

    @symphasia – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

    To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
    To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

    We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Sorry… Not working. I got this error message:

    @symphasia – The error message URL is pointing to a local installation … are you seeing these issues on any remote installations as well?
