    Hello,

since the last update I’m getting “no access” when I hit a download button.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Patrick.

  • Hello @patshi,

Can you please let us know which version of our plugin you are using? Also are the files uploaded using the “Upload File” button in the download edit page?

    Hi,

I used the latest version v1.9.5

I typed in a path within my webspace from where the file can be downloaded manually via direct link. I did not used the upload button.
I’m pretty sure it worked in the version before, are there some permission changes made via plugin?

    Thanks,
    Patrick.

    Hello @patshi,

In last 2 versions, there has been no change that would affect this. If you do not upload files using the “Upload File” button then you would need to set the “Redirect To” option. Can you please do it and let us know if it works?

Problem solved. Had my own ip address in the blacklist, because I thought it would not be counted, but instead it blocked my own access.

    Thanks,
    Patrick.
