• Hello forum,
I have a nasty problem at my site https://www.cloudfree-horizons.co.uk after adding the social network plugin from LoginRadius, the error is pasted at bottom of post. The problem is that since adding the plugin I have no access to the dashboard. I have looked at the line 334 in LoginRadius_function.php via ftp – and the line is empty. {Undefined} surprisingly.
Not being a coder, I do not know what code is expected there.

It seems that the login itself works, using any of the buttons now visible, (fb, linkedin, google and yahoo) but no access to site admin or dashboard, So I am locked out of my own site . . . It seems the plugin is doing what it should, having all api’s in place, and I really don’t want to have to restore to an earlier date unless absolutely last resort.

LoginRadius support are aware however I am posting here because I think it is more WP based problem and in the hope someone has some advise. Needless to say I am a bit desperate!
Thanks in advance if you can help.

Probably not in this case. I suspect the plugin may have an issue, but being a commercial product, they will have to solve any issues with it.

Try using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or remove the loginradius-for-wordpress plugin directory. That should probably be enough to let you back in.

okay, thanks. good idea, I will try renaming it with ftp, sounds like a work around and will do that now.

Yes, still have error, but am into dashboard now, good advise, thanks.

Will leave open until I get fully resolved and post any answer here.

Deleted plugin after good advise, LoginRadius incompatible with my version of Wp – calling it resolved.
