No access to dashboard

Hi, I can’t seem to access my dashboard. It tells me the connection is timing out. It is also telling me that my password is incorrect, when it’s the password I’ve been using since the change in June. I need to post today, can you please help? I’m also not sure what version of wordpress I’m using. My site is https://www.fruitfulbird.com
