My blogs are hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with Verio and since 3 days none of my blogs are visible. Here is an example of what I get. https://ifsforhomehealth.com/wordpress/. What I was told so far is that the web administrator deleted MySQL users on the server. How can I add them again? I can’t get to the dashboards on any blogs.

  • You need to contact your hosting company for assistance with this.

    Thanks for your reply.

My web admin contacted VERIO last Sunday and they haven’t found a resolution yet. The reason I posted in this forum is that I was wondering whether anyone has experienced similar problems so that I could give Verio Tech support a hint where to look. I am seriously considering switching providers. I have quite a few websites and wordpress sites on the VPS and it would be a lot of work. Has anyone else experienced any problems with VERIO tech support?

    I’d appreciate any help. Thanks.

The solution should be pretty obvious – they need to re-instate all of the database users with their respective passwords.

Thanks esmi, I told this to Verio support and at least now I found out the real problem. They must have had a rookie working on Sunday because that person damaged the access to phpmyadmin on our server. I guess there is nothing else to do but wait until they can solve the problem on their end. At least I got to the bottom of it with your help, Thank you!

I hope you get it sorted out quickly.
