No Access for Logged Out Users

    This plugin has worked great for me for so many years, using it with the Gravity Forms Unlock add-on. However, I cannot for the life of me get it working on this install. I get no access messages no matter what if I’m not logged in. If I AM logged in, it works as expected. The host is WP Engine.

    – it’s not a caching issue–there are no caches turned on and no caching plugins
    – it’s not a theme or plugin issue. I’m using 2021 and the only plugins installed are GF, Download Monitor, and GF Unlock paid add-on
    – I had WP Engine add the suggested rules far as path ignores for the caching they do, just in case, but no change.

    I’m grabbing at straws now to figure out why it’s not working on the most vanilla test setup ever. If it’s not working with the base theme and 3 plugins, I feel like there must be a host setting? Or maybe PHP version/WP version issue?

    Hello @watermelonkid ,

    Could you be kind and tell me if you have enabled “Members only” checkbox in Download editing? Based on what you are saying it seems like this is the cause of your issue. ( the issue doesn’t seem to be related to the premium extension ).
