  • No on here can see your admin area (and don’t give anyone here access, that’s a very bad thing to do) so we can’t see what is going wrong.

    What problems are you having? What error messages are you seeing? What is it doing that it’s not meant to? What is it not doing that it is meant to?

    You might also be better off asking on the WooCommerce support forum as that will be more targeted towards your problem.

    Do you want to use WooPayments for your site?

    If you do, you’ll need to connect to WooCommerce.com using a WooCommerce.com account (that’s not the same as here, they are two very seprate sites).

    If you don’t want to use WooPayments, then you should delete that plugin from your site so you don’t get asked about it. Then you can set up the payment options that you want to use.
