  • If we are expected to fork out at least $199 for a plugin without access to a fully functioning demo (front and backend), then risking the fee for the plugin is just not worth it.

    I also asked to have a zoom session to answer my presales questions and full demo …. no joy.

    If you cannot back your product with a short period refund guarantee then it does question the effectiveness of the plugin.

    Other developers can stand by their product … why can’t you?
