"NLINE BREAK" displayed when using "|" as row delimiter

Most of my table cells display correctly when using “|” as a row delimiter but one of them has “NLINE BREAK” in it.
My table is:

(This looks like the same problem as Takien’s 2 months ago in “Line break in the middle of the text”. Takien resolved it by removing the delimiter but I need a delimiter because of the unordered list.
