    Hello, I installed NItropack from a video I saw on utube. First it didn’t do as said like it is a magical plugin. Then I had a long chat with someone from the support, I felt like he wanted me to pay the plugin. I so tried many plugin and many conflicts with Nitropack I had to stop it or uninstall… too much fuss. The guy sent me a screenshot to prove me the plugin works. Now I’m chating with WP devolppers telling me my photos aren’t modified wepb any longer and in the plugin no optimization at all. I just see with the plugin on my pagespeed seems a little bit better yet with too many things to change for better, when checking the payed plugin it tells you to pay for CDN etc.. so I don’t know what to think of it and if paying would make it better. Does that mean you restrict the plugin working after few weeks try? Also why I have to emplty cach myself all the time? why so many conflicts with other plugins? Seeing all the people having trouble it doesn’t help to pay to actually be sure it’s useful.

    Thanks for reaching out. I will have someone from the team check your case, however, we dont need you to pay for CDN or anything as long as you are within the limits of usage which are on our page. NitroPack comes with included image optimization as well as CDN so no need to buy these additional. The cache clears itself automatically based different events on your site or the settings you’ve placed out.
