Nisarg responsive header

Hello,
In the description of the Nisarg theme it said that is responsive, but my header doesn’t adapt to mobile devices. I tried change it in css and in the header php without no results. Usually changing the px and put it at 100%, solve the issue, but not this time. Any indication how can i do this?
