NinjaScanner is not compatible with Microsoft Windows.

Is Microsot Windows your operating system ? If it is, NinjaScanner won’t work.

Unfortunately, no. If you want to run a scanner on Windows, you need to find one that was written for that purpose. Alternatively, you can use a virtual machine running a Linux distro with VirtualBox ( https://www.virtualbox.org/ )
