Ninja Support is exceptional

I had an issue with the file upload not refreshing. I created a user account for them, they logged in and created a video of the problem and resolution, emailed me the link, and resolved the issue.
I have never experienced support as attentive as this. Kudos to them.
By the way, I love the plugin.
