    I’m running Ninja Forms locally on a Synology Diskstation 1512+ using a GoDaddy email address. When I submit the form Ninja indicates the form was submitted successfully, but I never receive notification. And yes, notification is activated.

    A copy of the form is placed in the Submissions section so the form is getting processed, just no notification emails are being sent. I suspect this is a configuration issue with GoDaddy. I tried using the same return email address as my GoDaddy account, but no joy. Not sure where to go from here.

    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    I finally figured this out.

    In order to make Ninja Forms work on a Synology DiskStation it’s imperative that the From email address in Ninja Forms Notifications is EXACTLY the same email address as you’ve entered in the Notification Control Panel of the Synology DSM.

    I hope this helps other DiskStation owners.
