Ninja Forms: Users completing form but no submissions are showing on Dashboard

I have Ninja Forms installed on my business blog, and there has been several instances where I have been contacted via email from clients and others who submitted a form, but I never received their submission.

I tried this myself, and out of 4 times I submitted a form only 1 came through on the dashboard.

I need a solution to this, as my client process and new potential clients are dependent on this form.

Is there a way to check for submissions outside of the dashboard? I am willing to provide admin access to get the issue fixed ASAP!!
