@mlchaves your site is showing a 301 Page Moved error, which probably means there is a configuration issue with your WordPress install.

    Hi Kyle,

Thanks for the reply. I’ll look into this further. Any tips on where to look would be appreciated since I’m still getting up to speed with WordPress and Ninja Forms.

The first step is to try de-activating all other plugins while using a default theme, like twenty-fifteen, to narrow down the scope of possible issues. From there the Ninja Forms support team can work directly with you to work on a solution. https://ninjaforms.com/contact/

Ignore this. It corrected itself after clearing the browser cache again.

    Hi there,

I am having the same issue. I did in fact change the address, domain and folder name for my WP installation.

Now, I receive both the user and admin confirmation emails but the Processing button remains active and there is no indication to the user that the form has been sent. I uninstalled and imported my form, cleared WP cache but still no change to the processing button.

    What else can I try?

    Thank you!

Hi, I am having problems with the Ninja forms wordpress. I have deactivated all plugins, reactivated one by one and the only one that appears to be giving me problems is the PDF plugin from Ninja forms. The submit button changes to processing and hangs there. The form actually goes through but when I try and export to PDF Below is error message received:

Warning: require_once(/home/wchs_admin/hswctn.org/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms-pdf-submissions/lib/dompdf/dompdf_config.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wchs_admin/hswctn.org/wp-content/plugins/Archive-2/classes/class-nf-pdf-submission.php on line 118

    Hello @lucinda1963,

The error is coming from the plugin “Archive-2” which is not an official Ninja Forms add-on.

That said, the error states that there is a file missing from the plugin.

That’s what I was thinking. Ninja Forms sells it through their site, but Never5 is the creator. I have tried contacting both and neither will respond. I think I will have my bank just reverse payment and find something else.

    Thank you!!

PDF Form Submissions is an official add-on, but Archive-2 is not, which is where the error seems to be coming from.

Have you tried disabling the plugin Archive-2?
