Ninja Forms is 3.x, but showing old dashboard version

This client does most of their dashboard management in-house. Today, when I was making a UX change, I noticed a problem with the interface for their Ninja Forms plugin. It’s the old layout in the Dashboard. But, when I checked the plugin version, it’s 3.4.26.
They have had this plugin since about 2014. For a while, it was uninstalled to try a different form plugin, but they liked Ninja Forms better.

I have the same issue (version 3.4.3) – not only is it the old-style layout (with fewer capabilities) but I cannot edit any of the forms nor any of the email/submission options.
The plug-in is working fine on my other sites, and turning off all other plug-ins to check for incompatibilities has no affect whatsoever.
I have over 30 different forms on this site so no way do I want to have to rewrite them all in a different plug-in. So….HELP!
