Ninja Forms File Upload Management

I am maybe being a bit ambitious here, but here’s a challenge to the clever guys/gals out there. I want to set up a ‘File Upload’ form which calls for a range of pre-defined file uploads (I think I can set this part up), but I need the form to record what has been uploaded for a particular account and which required uploads are still outstanding. this will probably be a combination of ‘File Uploads’, ‘Conditional Forms’ and ‘Saved Progress’ plugins all wrapped into one. It would be great if the upload destination could also be to an automatically configured folder created for each “customer” based on ID number.

Any ideas…?
