Ninja Forms Email Not Sending

I am unable to receive any emails from the Ninja Forms contact form.

I have configured the email actions to send submissions to my personal email address, as well as a confirmation message to the sender’s email address. The messages show up in the Submissions folder of the plugin, but I do not get the message email, nor does the sender get their confirmation email.

I am not using any SMTP plugin, and I don’t think any of my other plugins are affecting the email function (after following steps to deactivate all plugins and themes and test each plugin).

I am using Shared Hosting through Namecheap’s servers.

If this is a problem on my host’s end, I am unsure of what settings to change on Namecheap’s cPanel.
