Ninja Forms Contact Form Vanished…

  • I just installed your plugin since it is the one that is recommended for use by MemberPress.

    Everything worked great, however your plugin is blocking the display of my Ninja Forms Contact form.

    Is there a reason that it would do that? Is there something that needs to be switched off or maybe switched on for my Contact form to display?

    Currently, I have disabled your Plugin until I hear back from you.

    we haven’t tried with “Ninja Forms Contact Form” as far I know there is no integration available for “Ninja Forms Contact Form” or any option to handle this issue, we need to investigate your form page and our plugin also.

    Could you please check if this is any js error-related issue, or enable debug log to see is through any error on the log file, if you found any error please send it to me.

    Looks like Ninja Forms plugin has its own User Registration (but it is not for email verification), and there might be a possible conflict somehow with that.

    I sent them a message about this issue. Perhaps there is something that can be switched off inside their plugin that will solve the compatibility issue with yours.

    I could not see any errors.

    BTW: We are just using the free version of Ninja Forms.
    Maybe install their plugin on a test site with your plugin and check into it.

    Ninja Forms is a major Plugin with over 1 Million users.
    So, I’d say it would be good to learn what is up with this odd conflict.

    I heard back from Ninja Forms and they said there is nothing they are aware of that might cause this issue from their plugin. And, said I would need to work with you guys (PickPlugins) to find out what the cause might be. I’ll leave this support ticket open until you can have a look see and discover what the conflict is.
