    Your Hustle plugin conflicts with Ninja Forms. They don’t work together. As soon as I deactivate hustle, Ninja Forms works.
    I have been using Ninja forms for months, but I needed to use Hustle to enable me to connect Mautic, but then, this happens.

    I can see that as far back as 1997, people have been complaining about this error. ANY FIX YET?

    Hi @dannyogolo,

    Could we know where exactly you noticed the issue regarding this in the past tickets?

    There isn’t any ongoing issue with Hustle and Ninja Forms at the moment. I gave a quick test on my system by creating a basic contact form via Ninja Form plugin and it seems to work fine without any issue.

    Could you please explain further about what part in Ninja form doesn’t work? Is it with submitting the form or with any other specific action?

    Is there any page URL that you could share where you could replicate the issue so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue noticed?

    Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    When you activate hustle, the Ninja form simply doesn’t show anymore. The page just remains blank.
    I have other Ninja add-ons maybe that could give you an idea:
    Ninja Forms – Conditional Logic
    Ninja Forms – Mautic
    Ninja Forms – Post Creation
    the website is betguruvip dot com

    Hello @dannyogolo,

    I checked the same on my end with Hustle and Ninja forms and that worked like a charm on my end. Now there could be a possibility that other addons you mentioned could be creating a conflict. To test the same, could you disable them and then check if that works for you? If it does, then enable the addons and check one by one as to when it stops working. Once you find the addon, we can narrow down to the plugin as that would be the one causing conflict.

    If nothing works, could you help me with the following:
    1. WP version of the site
    2. Hustle Plugin version
    3. Ninja Forms Plugin version
    4. PHP version

    Looking forward to hearing from you on it.

    Thank you,

    I deactivated the other add-ons, cleared cache, and activated Hustle, then Ninja stopped working also. I deactivated hustle, and Ninja started working. Activated Ninja Add-ons and Ninja still working

    WP, Hustle, Ninja, all are latest versions
    PHP version: 7.2.33

    Hello @dannyogolo ,

    If the issue is with displaying on the front end there could be a 3rd factor that is causing that issue.
    Can you check if the changing theme will make any difference? Switch to one of the default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty or Twenty Nineteen and have Hustle and Ninja form enabled.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    i am always scared of switching themes to troubleshoot. I did it once and it spoilt things for me, which took me days to fix. I will rather try other fixes

    I am facing the same issue, once I activate the Hustle plugin my Ninja Mailchimp form enters an indefinite load loop.
    For instance, check the right-hand side of this link, the subscribe to the newsletter is just there loading forever

    Maybe you could set up a staging website where you could further test it out to rule out what might be causing it?

    @baysuitinc I could notice there are errors regarding minification on your website.

    Could you please run a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and then see whether it helps in ruling out the source of the issue:

    I do understand the issue sounds similar, however, if ever after running a conflict test the issue exists then would highly recommend you to open a new thread so that we could investigate the issue separately.

    Well, its not solved. I just do not know how to proceed, considering the theme switch is barely an option for me. I am just stuck

    Hi @dannyogolo,

    Sorry you are still having this issue. Based from tests done on demo sites by my peers, it may be possible there is an external factor conflicting with your site setup.
    Please run a conflict test and also enable debug log to check if any relevant errors are being logged in regard to this behavior.

    For conflict test, first, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.

    Then deactivate all plugins and MU-plugins apart from Hustle and Ninja Forms, activate a default theme like TwentyTwenty, clear all caches and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination. The following flowchart image can assist you during this test: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

    For debug mode, edit wp-config.php file, find a line like
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);and replace it with the following (if the above line doesn’t exist, simply insert next snippet just above the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ )

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    @ini_set( 'log_errors', 1 );
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set('display_errors', 0);

    Then go ahead and try to replicate the issue.
    By doing so, a /wp-content/debug.log file should be created. Simply download it, rename it to debug.txt and attach it here in your next reply through a drive or dropbox link.

    Best,
    Jonathan S
