Ninja Forms completely missing

Hi,

We have a strange issue where Ninja forms has completely disappeared after an update. It does not exist in the backend, as in there are no settings menus or anything, and the shortcode on the frontend is subsequently not working. But the plugin is definitely installed and active.

I have disabled all plugins except nija forms and switched to the latest default wp theme and the issue still persists. I also manually replaced the files and deactivated and reactive NF whilst other plugins disabled and default theme active. Didn’t want to delete the plugin in the dashboard for fear of losing old forms we’ve created. Any ideas, you can see some server information at our domain /info.php

I’m assuming the only way around this at this point would be to deactivate and delete it properly through the dashboard and then reinstall it. If that’s the case, how can we retain the old forms, would there be some db table we’d need to sync?
