    Hi,

    I have recently found out that Visualizer (Version 3.4.11) is not working properly (cannot edit or add a chart) as long as the plugin Ninja Forms (Version 3.5.1) is activated.

    Just wanted to let you know.

    Thank you for reporting this.

    We were able to replicate the issue and it was forwarded to our developers.

    We will update this thread once the compatibility issue is resolved.

    +1 on this, just spent 1h deactivating 60 plugins on a legacy multisite to find out that ninja forms is the issue. sadly, ninja forms is core to the activity of this site, so …

    Apologies to hear about the issue, we’re planning to have a fix for this with the next release on the plugin.

    Until that, whenever you need to create/edit a chart NinjaForms needs to be temporarily disabled.
