Ninja Forms and Groups (by Itthinx)

Hi,

I’m using the Groups plugin by Itthinx and wanted to use groups to auto-select where the employee is working.
I have two groups for employees depends where they work and also use them to display posts directed to the particular group.

Now I’m creating a form and the same like for the employee name I’m using default value {wp:user_first_name} {wp:user_last_name} I would like to use {user_meta:YOUR_META_KEY} to get the field propagated with the group the employee belongs to.

Then, depending on what group the employee belongs to, I would like the form to be sent to SITE1 HR email or SITE2 HR email.

Is it something that can be done?
