Ninja form wont load

Contact slider wont load ninja form. It doesn’t matter if i select it in the settings using the short code or if I insert in the text field using the form selector.

Hi @proquipnz!
1- At the moment you have selected text/HTML option. You need to switch to shortcode option with Ninja forms as shortcode type
2- Make sure you have installed and activated following ninja form plugin.
