Ninja form Required Fields Not Working

    Hi. This plugin is great and seems to fit what i want. However I found an issue when experimenting with Ninja forms. When clicking on an image, I have a ninja email form pop up. The email field is required, but if left blank after submission, the popup disappears. When the user clicks on the image again, the form pops up again with the Message “Please ensure all required fields are complete”. Is this normal? Shouldn’t this message be shown after an invalid submission?

    @wildwilly – Sounds like your form isn’t using AJAX submit. What your actually experiencing is that the page is refreshing when you submit the form, and since the popup is closed on page load you have to open it again.

    It may be a JS error causing the form to not use AJAX properly, unless you have somehow disabled AJAX (not sure that is possible, will have to check). We may want to open a ticket with Ninja Forms support as well to ensure we get this resolved quickly. But posting a link here and there will result in faster solutions if you can.

    You are bang on! I activated the Submit via Ajax option and it worked! Thanks. I have another issue but will post as another entry. Thanks for the expedient response.
