Ninja form not loading in facebook browser

    In our site on mobile, the facebook post includes the link [ short link deleted ] which loads up our website booking page with ninja forms.

    However, the ninja form on this page, as well as on all other pages inside the facebook app browser does not load at all.

    Could you please advice if there is any workaround or solution to this?

    @horaceleung Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours.

    I am sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, the browser that the Facebook app uses is a stripped down version and does not have the functionality of a full browser.
    Due to this Ninja Forms will not function within the Facebook app’s browser.

    Hi, thanks for your reply. Actually a lot of people are using ninja forms for bookings and conversion via facebook for digital market, this is actually a huge issue and flaw. Although I understand it is not Ninja Form’s fault, but not functioning inside facebook browser these days is a massive problem.

    Would you guys be looking to issue a workaround or fix for this? Otherwise I can see a lot of users will move away from ninja forms.
