  • Hi @arushi12

    This error might be related to the version of PHP you’re using.
    Please make sure your site is using PHP 7 or higher.

    You can check your current PHP version under Tools > Site Tools > Info, what PHP version do you see? Here’s a guide on how to get there.

    PHP version 7.4.30 (Supports 64bit values)

    @arushi12
    Thanks for checking, that’s a modern version of PHP, so probably not the cause of the issue.

    Does this issue occur as soon as the plugin is activated, or related to loading a specific page/form? If the later, can you please share an export of the form so other folks can take a closer look.

    Can you try disabling all plugins except Ninja Forms and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two and see if the error still happens.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    Does the issue persist when temporarily disabling other add-ons and momentarily switching to a default WordPress theme?

    The “Health Check and Troubleshooting” plugin can be used in order to test your site without impacting any site visitors. You would be able to disable plugins and switch to a default theme for only your browser session.

    If the issue persists, can you reach out to our support team so that we can investigate the issue?

    The issue is the PHP version, I had the same issue, I was running 5 (don’t ask I have legit reason due another client’s own choices) now it works on 7.

    Glad you got it solved @gmarlett , thanks for sharing the solution!

    However it looks like the original poster is on PHP version 7.4 and experiencing a different issue.
