Ninja form Error Ajax return string new page

I have solved the issue. I didn’t have jQuery on the page where the form was added. So make sure you have jQuery enable.

We are using ninja forms and our form worked fine until last month. And suddently we now have an error – when the form is submitted, the data is stored, an email sent, but the website user/visitor doesn’t get a success page, just gets a string begining {“form_id”:11,”errors”:false,”success”:true,”fields”:{……etc.

We’ve been updating as soon as updates become available and our developer says it’s something to do with the latest version of ninja forms. My site’s live and lots of website visitors are getting this error, then contacting me to make sure their request has gone through.

Any ideas?
